Data ownership and IPR

Garage Mind will display data in its app which is available at various website, articles, forums, blogs and other electronic and printed media. This data shown can be free / Paid or Shared under opensource license. The data extracted from various sources is property of its original owner of the data and Garage Mind gives due credit to the owner for sharing the data and is ready to remove the data from their App and portal upon request received from the original owner of the data. Garage Mind is using various logs of the Brands and they are used for representation purpose only. The logos and Trademarks displayed are owned by their respective owners.

Data Accuracy and responsibility

Garage Mind has taken utmost care while collecting and compiling the data before displaying it in the App but Garage Mind do not take any guarantee about the accuracy of the data displayed. The user is advised to use this data at its own discretion and double check with reliable sources before using it. Garage Mind will not take any responsibility of any kind of loss including but not limited to loss of property or loss of life.

Children's Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If You are a parent or guardian and You are aware that Your child has provided Us with Personal Data, please contact Us. If We become aware that We have collected Personal Data from anyone under the age of 13 without verification of parental consent, We take steps to remove that information from Our servers.

If We need to rely on consent as a legal basis for processing Your information and Your country requires consent from a parent, We may require Your parent's consent before We collect and use that information.

Deletion of User Data

Delete User Account: You have the option to delete your account within the Garage Mind app through the Profile Section. If you choose to delete your account, all of your personal data associated with your account will be permanently removed from our servers.

Effect of Deletion: Once your account is deleted, we will no longer retain any personally identifiable information you have provided, and you will not be able to access your data or account. Please note that some usage data may still be retained for legal or security purposes as outlined in the Retention of Your Personal Data section of this Privacy Policy.

Irreversibility: Account deletion is a permanent action and cannot be undone. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.
